One mailbox, read by the people who write the code. No form to fill in and no ticket number — just say what you need. Putting one of the subject lines below at the front helps it get to the right place faster.

We read every message ourselves and reply within two working days, usually sooner. If a question needs checking against a device or a build before we can answer it honestly, we will say so rather than guess — a considered answer on day three beats a wrong one on day one.
Enquiries that are clearly a mass mailing get no reply. Everything else does, including the ones where the answer is that we are not the right people.
The more of this you can tell us up front, the more useful our first reply will be: what the software has to do and for whom; whether anything exists already or this starts from nothing; which platforms matter; any deadline that is real rather than aspirational; and roughly what budget range you are working to.
That last one saves everybody time. We would rather tell you in the first exchange that a scope and a budget do not meet than discover it after three calls. If we are not the right fit — too large a programme, primarily a design brief, a specialism that is genuinely somebody else's — we will say so and, where we can, point you somewhere better.
We do not send unsolicited proposals or take briefs through third-party bidding platforms. Nothing is charged for an initial conversation, and where a scope is too unclear to estimate honestly, we will suggest a short paid discovery rather than produce a number we do not believe.
Include the device model, the Android version, the app version, and your carrier if the problem involves the network. A screenshot of what the app reported helps enormously. Nearly every unresolved support thread we have ever had was missing one of those four things.
If you are trying to work out why VoLTE or 5G is not working on your phone, our guides answer most of it in more detail than an email can, and you are welcome to use them without installing anything.
Requests to access or delete data, and questions about our privacy policy, reach the same mailbox and are handled within the statutory timeframes. For our game, there is also a self-service deletion page that does not require contacting us at all.
We work remotely and take clients internationally. Correspondence is in English, and we keep to written communication by default — it leaves both sides with a record of what was agreed, which matters more on software projects than most people expect.
