Licence
Our apps are provided free of charge for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell them, or remove any branding from them, except where local law expressly gives you that right.
Diagnostic results
Our network diagnostic apps report what your device and the Android telephony APIs tell them. Manufacturers and carriers implement these APIs inconsistently, and some devices report values that are incomplete or simply wrong. Results are provided for information only and are not a guarantee of network capability, coverage or service quality. Do not rely on them for a purchasing decision without confirming with your carrier.
No warranty
The apps and this website are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rank9 Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the apps or the website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Advertising
Some apps are supported by advertising. We do not endorse advertised products and are not responsible for advertisers' content or their dealings with you.

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do.
