How to delete your data
You can delete your data yourself, from inside the app, at any time:
- Open Tic Tac Toe: Slide XO Duel
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete friend profile
- Confirm
The deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
If you have already uninstalled the app
Email support@rank9labs.com from any address and ask us to delete your data. Tell us the display name and friend code you used, so we can identify what to remove — we hold no email address or account for you, so those are the only things that identify your profile. We will confirm once it is done.
What is deleted
- Your friend profile — the display name, online status and last-seen time other players could see
- Your six-character friend code, which is released and may later be reissued to someone else
- Your friend list, and the matching entry on each of your friends’ lists
- Any pending game invites sent to or from you
What is kept, and for how long
- Nothing that identifies you. There is no account, no email address and no password — online play uses an anonymous ID generated on your device
- Local game data — coins, themes, skins, statistics — never leaves your phone and is removed by uninstalling the app
- Online match data is transient and is deleted when the match ends
- Crash reports and aggregate usage statistics are held by Google under its own retention schedule and cannot be traced back to you
